The NCEP 85T16 85V 160A is a high-performance N-Channel Super Trench Power MOSFET from NCE Power Semiconductor, engineered for high-frequency switching and synchronous rectification applications. Manufactured using advanced Super Trench technology, it delivers an excellent balance of ultra-low RDS(on) and low gate charge (Qg), helping to minimize both conduction and switching losses while improving overall system efficiency. The device supports a maximum Drain-Source Voltage (VDS) of 85V, Continuous Drain Current (ID) of 160A, and comes in the industry-standard TO-220 package for effective thermal performance.
