The Hybrid Inverter System Card 098-500861-03G is a replacement controller card for compatible 2.5kW 24V Voltronic Axpert VM II hybrid solar inverter platforms. Designed for professional inverter repair and maintenance, this system card supports the inverter’s central operating functions, including solar and battery power management, charging control, AC operation, system monitoring and protection control. For correct replacement, the PCB number, connector positions and board revision should match the original inverter card.
The compatible Axpert VM II 2.5kW platform provides up to 2500W pure sine wave AC output and operates with a 24V battery system. The platform supports MPPT solar charging, wide PV input operation, utility or generator input and battery-independent operation. Selected VM II 2.5kW versions support approximately 3000W PV input and charging currents up to 80A, making them suitable for residential solar backup and off-grid power systems.
With the correct inverter, battery bank and solar installation, a 2.5kW system can operate common household equipment such as LED lights, ceiling fans, televisions, computers, refrigerators and other moderate-power appliances. Suitable small pumps or inverter air conditioners may also operate when their running power and startup surge remain within the inverter’s limits. The total connected load should always stay below the inverter’s rated output.
